If it was not for Cheyenne, i would have lost my desire and fondness for writing.
When i met Cheyenne, i had put my stories and dreams of one day becoming a successful writer behind me.
The stories i wrote back then were mostly dialogue and lacked structure. It was Cheyenne who influenced me to focus on my writing. I wanted her enjoy my stories as much as i enjoyed her art; i wanted her to feel as if she were truly wrapped in Nikki's arms. I wanted to have a talent. Cheyenne had art and i had writing. I've never been good at writing-far from talented- but it's been something I've enjoyed doing since i was thirteen. I practice writing to Cheyenne in hopes that one day i will learn the tricks that make up a good story. My ability to write has grown significantly in the past year and that's something i can say I'm proud of.
I want to thank her once again; for being the one to critisize my writing and for allowing me to trust you with my imagination. You are the only person i can share this with without being totally embarassed.

Love you,
KAYLA
